Role in the Project
RJA will provide civil engineering design and land surveying services for the proposed Preliminary Master Infrastructure Improvements that will be needed to support the redevelopment of the Oakland Army Base (OAB). RJA's land surveying services will include the preparation of aerial topographic surveys, supplemental field surveys, ALTA surveys, Tentative Parcel Map and miscellaneous survey support for the OAB consultant team members.
