Role in the Project
Environmental Consultant to the Development Team - Northgate is evaluating environmental conditions related to former chemical usage at the former Oakland Army Base, and remedial actions within the proposed redevelopment area. Northgate is working with the Development Team, the City and the Port to address environmental issues in accordance with the Remedial Action Plan and Risk Management Plan for the former Oakland Army Base.
