California Capital & Investment Group (CCIG) is one of the City’s development partners providing $25.9 million in private match funding.

CCIG is a City of Oakland, Port of Oakland, and Alameda County certified small local business specializing in commercial real estate development, commercial brokerage, management, and consulting services. CCIG began as California Commercial Investments & California Capital Group (CCI & CCG) in 1992. These companies merged with Tribune Commercial to form CCIG. The principals of CCIG are close family friends with personal relationships going back over 30 years.
