Role in the Project
ICES's role in the Oakland Army Base project is to prepare the Health and Safety Plan (HSP) and address the environmental concerns for the geotechnical exploratory program in Berlogar Stevens & Associates' (BSA) Geotechnical Work Plan (GWP). ICES will assist BSA in interfacing with the Department of Toxic Substances Control, City of Oakland, and the Port of Oakland; implementing the HSP; and complying with the environmental protocols specified in the GWP. Additionally, ICES will also provide technical support and assist CCIG in managing the environmental activities at Oakland Army Base.
